How can I weld two stainless steel sheet with 0.5 to 1 mm thickness on the other side without a stain or distortion?
I should do this fast.
I also tried soldering/welding with acetylene, It was ok , but it was not very clean.
a clearer and faster method is needed.
I also tried tig, Induction brazing, and mold repair welding.

Hi sadooghi, I would use pulse tig, you can keep your heat down to minimise distortion, but you will still get some discoloration on the other side. You can use a electro-chemical method I saw Mr Tig do on one of his clips or you can just polish it off manually.
